Shipping Policy:
All decals have a flat rate shipping charge. Multiple ordered items has no effect on shipping prices. We reserve the right to charge that shipping cost at any times without notification. The majority of our items will go priority mail and will arrive with 3 to 5 business days depending on your postal zone. If a package must be recieved faster we reserve the right to add to the shipping charge the exact amount of the shipment plus the original shipping fee. These special case shipping situations will be shipped UPS with a copy of the shipping receipt. All orders will ship within 3 business days.

Design Policy:
Island Reflections is the owner of your lettering design. We also own all custom logos, and graphics that we design in house. Your artwork can only be released after payment has been made for the work done. The artwork is available on disk in various formats and must be requested from us. Unauthorized duplication without written conscent is illegal. Please contact us if you need your artwork.

Warranty and Returns Policy:
Your artwork is warrantied. We at Island Reflections Corporation are confident of your success at installing your lettering, if you adhere to our instructions and take your time during application process. If you manage to mess up the lettering, we will replace up to half of the vinyl for free, (excluding 22 Karat goldleaf vinyl), with the exception of any shipping costs involved in replacement. Should you manage to damage more than half of your decal, replacement charges would be for the cost of the vinyl and shipping charges only. These charges are substantially lower than original purchase price. Please contact us for further details.

All artwork done is completely custom and therefore returns will not be accepted. If Island Reflections Corporation makes an error your artwork will be replaced at no charge.

Color and Measurement Policy:
All monitors display colors differently. Therefore we are not responsible if the color does not match perfectly. Many more colors are available. Contact us for color samples and further information to eliminate this problem.

Island Reflections Corporation asks that you measure twice just to be sure. You are responsible for making sure your lettering and artwork fit before you order. We are not responsible unless we ship the wrong size, in which case a new set will be sent to you at no cost.

Removal Policy:
Island Reflections Corporation will supply information for removal of vinyl and painted graphics. However, the user of this information is responsible for the removal and any damages that although rare, may occur. We strongly recommend trying removal procedures in a small area to ensure no harm will be done to your boat.

Privacy Policy:
Your contact information is held in high regard at Island Reflections Corporation. We will not share your contact, credit card, or personal information with anyone. Your payment is made on a secure site, and it will not be released.
